Police have released new movements of the 60-year-old Auckland man as part of an ongoing appeal to locate him.
Henderson man Kevin Taylor was reported missing after he left his Blacklock Ave home around 11.20am on August 14 and failed to return.
His family reported him missing at 7.48pm that evening.
It was previously established by police that Taylor walked through Hiseman Lane, passing Humphrey Kemp Ave, and onto Fuller Lane at around 11.21am on Wednesday.
He then caught a bus on Te Atatū Rd, travelling from Glendene towards New Lynn at around 11.41am. He then hopped off at the New Lynn transport hub at 11.55am.
Following ongoing police inquiries, a spokesperson said officers have obtained new sightings of Taylor moving around the New Lynn and Titirangi area.
Taylor disembarked from a bus in Titirangi Village at around 12.35pm on 14 August.
Police also have a confirmed sighting of Taylor in the Titirangi area on Monday, 19 August.
Taylor was seen walking past a property on Otitori Bay Road at around 11.45am.
“We believe Kevin is still likely moving around these areas in the same clothing he was wearing at the time of his disappearance,” a spokesperson said.
Police said he was last seen wearing a blue jacket, red shirt, green trousers, blue trainers, and was carrying a flurorescent green backpack.
The Titirangi and New Lynn communities were asked to keep an eye out for him and report any sightings directly to police on 111 or 105.
