Police have appealed for witnesses after a motorcycle was taken from the scene of a fatal crash in Whanganui over the weekend. The crash occurred at around 4.10pm on Sunday, 25 May, when a motorcycle crashed into a parked car on Seafront Road in Castlecliff. The rider, a 25-year-old man, died a short time later. Before emergency services could arrive at the scene, a group of people on motorcycles took the victim’s bike.
