A pile of items potentially recovered from Tom Phillips’ remote campsites have been photographed from the sky as police continue their investigations. On Tuesday, police revealed an image of the campsite where two of the children were found on Monday, followed by images of the main campsite where Phillips had been operating from in recent months. Two puppies are safe but it’s feared their littermates have died after they were found by the water in Whangārei yesterday. Workers found the puppies near the Okara Marina construction site in Whangārei and brought them to Mogs and Dogs Desexing Clinic on Thursday morning.Other littermates were seen in the water and were believed to have died. It was feared they had been thrown off a nearby bridge. A tahina product sold in selected supermarkets in New Zealand is being recalled due to the possible presence of salmonella. Tahina – also commonly called tahini – is a ground sesame butter or paste traditionally used in Middle Eastern cuisine. The recall impacted 800g Durra brand tahina produced by Aldiery’s Mediterranean Market Ltd. Impacted products had a best-before date of 06/04/2027 and a batch marking of Lot No. 78. Two people have been arrested after a five month investigation into a cash-in-transit vehicle robbery at Sylvia Park in Auckland.Police said the investigation began after $210,000 was allegedly taken when a firearm was presented at security guards on April 9.Around the time, police located a vehicle on fire which was believed to have been used to flee from the shopping centre. Two men have been charged after police today allegedly uncovered “one of the biggest cannabis growing operations in Hawke’s Bay”.More than 200 cannabis plants were discovered in a leased commercial property on Orchard Rd in Camberley this morning.The pair allegedly built three rooms and a loft to contain equipment and grow 216 plants inside the building after it was leased just three months ago.Three of the rooms contained 72 plants each at different stages of growth.Detective Inspector Marty James said: “This was a significant, large-scale commercial operation.”It is one of the biggest cannabis growing operations I’ve seen in Hawke’s Bay,…
