One person has died following a single-vehicle crash in Whanganui East this morning. The crash at the convergence of State Highway 4 and Anzac Parade was initially reported shortly before 10am. “Sadly, the sole occupant of the vehicle died at the scene despite the efforts of emergency services,” a police spokesperson said.
