Two beleaguered national chains are reopening most of their stores for fire sales – but Dunedin shoppers hunting for a bargain will have to wait. Sales were held nationwide yesterday for appliance and furniture retailer Smiths City, which entered voluntary administration on Tuesday, and kitchenware retail Kitchen Things, which went into receivership two weeks ago.
