EU leaders gathered in Brussels last night for a lengthy dinner and tense talks. Despite the tasty food, the mood was grim as they discussed trade, Greenland, Mercosur and Trump’s Gaza Board of Peace.

For more on whether this summit was worth the trip, we cross over to Shona Murray who was there till the early hours of the morning.

The 27 EU leaders debated deep into the night on all the challenges facing the Union. And we are joined today by one of them – Greece Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis.

In power since 2019, he is also the president of the centre-right New Democracy party since January 2016.

Then we focus on Ukraine, which was front and centre of last night’s EU summit after President Zelenskyy’s speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos.

For more, we cross over to Euronews correspondent Sasha Vakulina who has been reporting from Switzerland all week for us.

Lastly, we look into another man who took the main stage in Davos this week: billionaire Elon Musk. The Tesla and X owner spent most of his week trolling Ryanair and threatening to buy Europe’s most successful and cheapest airline. Jakub Janas explains.
