Coming up today – Vladimir Putin has said the outline of the US/Ukraine peace plan could serve as a basis to end the war in Ukraine – but Ukraine would have to give up territory. This as Hungary’s Viktor Orban plans a visit to Moscow for face time with the Russian President.
