Powerball has rolled over once again after no ticket matched all the numbers in Saturday’s massive draw, bringing the jackpot to $30 million for Wednesday night.

The winning numbers were 3, 20, 22, 24, 36, and 27. The bonus ball was 19 and Powerball was 5.

Saturday’s $28m prize was the second-largest jackpot of 2025 so far, behind June’s $30m prize split between two players.

While no one claimed the top prize, many Kiwis still walked away with smaller wins.

Nine lucky Lotto players from Kaitaia, Auckland, Waikato, Papamoa, Hastings, Horowhenua, Lower Hutt, and Wellington will be in for a treat after each winning $111,111 with Lotto First Division in Saturday’s live draw.

The winning tickets were sold at Marston Moor in Kaitaia, Botany Road Superette in Auckland, Pak’n Save Papakura in Auckland, Papamoa Beach Superette in Papamoa, Bay Plaza Pharmacy in Hastings, Four Square Waterloo in Lower Hutt, Whitcoulls Lambton Quay in Wellington, and on MyLotto to players from Waikato and Horowhenua.

Division 2 had 18 winners who claimed $25,024 each, and 648 players in Division 3 took home $689 each.

Strike also rewarded thousands of players across New Zealand. Two winners in Strike 4, who matched all four numbers in exact order, each received $100,000. The winning Strike tickets were sold at Kawerau Food Market and Lotto in Kawerau, and on MyLotto to a player from Central Otago.

Players who bought tickets from any of the above stores or on MyLotto were urged to check their tickets in-store, on MyLotto, or through the MyLotto App.

Powerball was not struck and rolled over to Wednesday night, where the jackpot will be $30m.
