On Tuesday, a female worker in Papakura received minor injuries by an offender carrying a screwdriver.
Det Insp Bright says a 16 and a 17-year-old have been taken into custody on Friday.
“This morning’s apprehensions were assisted by calls from members of the public, which resulted in police locating the alleged offenders at an address in Papakura.”
Both have been charged with aggravated robbery and will appear in the Papakura Youth Court.
The 17-year-old also faces charges in relation to Tuesday’s robbery.
